Why does Easy Care Gardening need volunteers?
As mentioned, we are a registered non-profit organisation that has a growing list of clients. We need all you
community minded people to join in this fun-filled cause, in order to cater for the growing numbers and thus help
more people enjoy their homes and gardens longer.
We currently have some great and friendly teams of active, community minded people, who like to help others,
but there is always room for more volunteers.
There are several people out there who really need Easy Care Gardening's service, and we don't want to leave
anyone out, so please help us by joining our teams, making sure that as many people as possible are helped.
We love what we do, and invite you to join us
as a volunteer!.

Aim:
Your aim as an Easy Care volunteer is to provide an "easy care" gardening service, helping support
the frail aged, other people with a disability, and their carers, to stay in their homes.
Experience, expenses and training:
No experience is needed to be a volunteer at Easy Care Gardening Inc. There is no age barrier, all you need is
a kind heart and a willingness to help. There are free training sessions available "off the job" on a
regular basis to help acquire, improve and maintain the right skills, led by some well-known horticulturalists,
other specialists, and local Council staff. Examples of training sessions held are "Tree Care",
"Irrigation", "Pruning" and "Substantial Garden Design".
Expenses are reimbursed, tools & needed materials provided.
